The company was formed in 1979, and in 1983 became a member of the National House Building Council  A reputation for excellent design and quality was soon established and with a complete ‘no-claims’ history, Radland maintains an NHBC A1 scale rating.

The company continued to enhance its reputation by providing high quality designed and built houses in many superb locations, and in 1992 achieved the status of ‘Chartered Building Company’ .
